Landfill leachate treatment

Project Profile
This project is the environmental health management office of the domestic waste disposal management center concentrate treatment project, the treatment object for NF, RO membrane concentrate, design scale 80t / d, put into operation at the end of 2021, the water production indexes to GB16889-2008 Table 2 standards.
Process
This project adopts the combined process of “chemical softening and hardness removal + DTRO reverse osmosis membrane concentration + MVR evaporation + volume reverse osmosis” to carry out full quantitative treatment of concentrated liquid. Concentrate produced by the front-end traditional process unit “biochemical + membrane treatment” is collected and pumped to the “chemical softening + membrane separation” processing unit, after removing calcium and magnesium hardness, it is concentrated by DTRO under high pressure, and the concentrate enters the MVR forced circulation evaporation system for further treatment.
