1、Fly ash washing technology

Multi-stage water washing technology is adopted to elute the ions of potassium, sodium, sulfur and chlorine in the fly ash into the water washing liquid. The removal rate of chloride ion is>95%, and the content of chloride ion in dehydrated ash is≤1%. Stable operation, low water consumption and high automation.

2、Evaporation and salt separation technology for water washing liquid

Fly ash washing liquid enters the evaporation and salt separation system after pretreatment to remove calcium, magnesium, heavy metal ions and suspended matter. Through evaporation and concentration, mass crystallization and separation process, the sodium chloride and potassium chloride crystals in the wastewater are separated to form industrial salt products, with high degree of resourceization and no secondary pollution. The evaporation and crystallization condensate is recycled and reused to the water washing process section, realizing near-zero discharge of wastewater.

 3、Water washing ash resource treatment technology

After washing, dehydration, drying ash resource pathways are diverse, high-temperature melting decomposition of dioxin, curing heavy metals, can be made into building materials, insulation materials and other resource products; can also be transported to the cement kiln, steel plant co-disposal.
